This policy explains what we collect when you contact Mullings Building Repair, what we do with it and how to ask about it.
What we collect
When you use our form, call or text the office, we collect what you tell us: your name, phone number, email address, the building's address and size, and your role with the association.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and set a walk-through
- To write the photo report, scope sheets and proposals
- To schedule work and send owner notices your manager asks for
- To keep records of work done
Who sees it
Our office and crew leads see what they need to do the work. We share a building's address and contact with a subcontractor or supplier only for that job. We don't sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as the warranty on that work runs and as the law requires. Requests that don't lead to work are deleted after a year.
Your choices
Write or call the office to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Ask us to stop texting and we will.
